Journal #6

Cassius: Hey Brutus! have you thought about our proposal?
Brutus: Hey I actually have and I finally decided that I think Caesars power should be taken away.
Cassius: Well how are we going to do such a thing?
Brutus: He'll die on the Ides of March.
Cassius: We should go be sure everyone else knows about this as well.
Brutus: Okay, lets get to it. Goodbye Cassius.

Journal #5

At first i wouldn't believe the person because I would think it's weird that they were dreaming about me. After a while though I would probably look out for whatever danger they "saw" in their dream. I would stay away from certain areas and just be careful of what is around me. I would pretty much just have to live life always worrying about what could come about next.

Journal #4

CAESAR REFUSES CROWN!
At the Lupercal festivals, Julius Caesar refused the crown of Rome because he acted like he did not want it even though  Marc Anthony had offered it to him three times.  A bystander said he thought it was a good act. He said that it showed that Caesar could handle all the power he has. On the other hand another bystander stated that it was dishonest of Caesar to not take the crown because he was just trying to prove he was a good guy.

Journal #3 Facebook statuses

Caesar- lol @ you just getting tricked.
I think this would be Caesar's facebook status because I do not think he really fainted I think he faked it.
Cassius- hahaha this is funny
Cassius would say this because he was trying to convince Brutus to revolt and it was working
Brutus- why does life have to be so confusing?!
This would be his status because he can't decide what he wants to do or who he wants to listen to.

Journal #2 Do we control our fates?

In a way i think we do control our fates but in another way i think we don't. I don't think we control them but we have influence on them. If we make wrong decisions sometimes that can decide your fate. Mostly I think our fate is out of our hands. Everything happens for a reason though so if something bad happens it is just taking you closer to the place that you were meant to be in. Fate is pretty much in God's hands though because he knows your life plan but you don't so you have to struggle sometimes to figure it out. Everything that happens in your life i believe just  makes you stronger. Not everything that happens though happens because of fate, some things just happen because that's the way they went even if they weren't planned to be that way.

Journal #1 What is the ideal public leader?

The ideal public leader to me is a person that wants the best for everyone not just himself. Someone who has the appropriate amount of power and doesn't take advantage of it. I think an ideal public leader is a person that doesn't just say things he wants to do but actually goes on and does them for the benefit of himself and others. I think its someone who enjoys what they do not just someone who does their job because they have to. I think it is someone who is intelligent all around and understands society in the time period he's living in. Lastly, it is someone who is open to new ideas and change for the better.

valentines day poem..

Love is like a booming firework in the sky.
It is found in my constant thoughts about you.
As I lay in the grass glancing at the stars.
My heart beats loud and fast for you.
